Accommodation
Spurwing Island is able to cater for a maximum of 40 adult guests in 3 different styles of accommodation.
However for special events more guests can be accommodated with prior arrangement. All rooms have scenic views over Lake Kariba and the Matusadona mountains, with a ‘sit for hours’ verandah with outside chairs. Mosquito nets and repellents are provided in the rooms.

Tents
7 newly renovated tents – chroma deck insulated roofing with large gauze breathable ends, canvas sides with a brick enclosed bathroom and large glass and gauze sliding doors opening onto the front deck.
2 tents under thatch with stone floors. A “double tent” which can be used as a family tent – each side of the tent has its own en-suite facilities. The other tent with 2 twin beds, enclosed with two zip entrances – one onto a small verandah and the other into an en-suite bathroom.
